O-Zone 1998 football camp scrapbook and quiz The Ohio
State football camp is winding its way down to its last
day tomorrow, and it has been tremendous fun to cover.
Lots of great athletes and coaches came together and a
good time I got some other photos during camps, but rather than put them on one, slow loading page, I thought I'd split them up onto two pages. One page has pix of players of note that were at the camp, and the other page is a quiz that you might have fun. A number of "celebrity" campers were in attendance. was had by all, including those
of us lucky enough to be on hand a few days just to
observe. Campers even got to see members of the Ohio
State football team and Coach Cooper himself was on hand
to welcome campers at both sessions. Coop, seen at the
left welcoming camper Josh Lako, seemed
to be willing to welcome everyone, young and old, big and
small. He was, however, very aware of who the high
profile guys were and whether they were in attendance. I
asked Coop if he would mind my snapping some shots of him
with some campers, and he was kind enough to oblige by
grabbing a couple of people and getting them in front of
my camera. When I looked up through the viewfinder, I
knew it was not an accident that Coop had picked the two
folks he had chosen. It turned out to be DL prospect Tim
Anderson and his mom, Sandy Anderson.(Pictured below,
left) 
Do you suppose the fact that
Anderson is about six inches taller than Coop and
outweighs him by about 100 pounds has anything to do with
that rather smug smile that Coop is displaying here? If
that guy was on the DL of a football team I was coaching,
I'd be smiling too!
