There are currently 43 former Ohio State football players on NFL rosters, including six on practice squads.

The most impressive stat lines among this group belonged to Ted Ginn Jr. and Antoine Winfield.

After the Seahawks had trimmed the 49ers’ lead to 19-17 with less than four minutes remaining in the game, Ginn bolted past Seattle’s coverage team for a 102-yard kickoff return touchdown.

San Francisco forced a Seattle punt on the ensuing possession, and Ginn, a receiver and return specialist from Cleveland Glenville, promptly returned it 55 yards for another score.

Winfield, a cornerback from Akron Garfield, led Minnesota with 10 total tackles in addition to an interception and a forced fumble. Winfield’s forced fumble, which bounced out of bounds before it could be recovered, came in the fourth quarter of a 24-17 loss to the San Diego Chargers.
